A SafeHub is a verified local store that securely holds your deliveries in its back room until you pick them up. There are no lockers — real staff scan your parcel in and hand it over to you with a QR code.
A flat $2.99 to collect a parcel, charged once at pickup. That covers a full 24 hours of free holding. If you collect later, only the extra time is billed at a small prorated rate.
When you check out at any online store, set the SafeHub's street address as Address Line 1 and put your unique code in Address Line 2 — with your own phone number on the order. The app copies everything for you in one tap.
Akxis Hub never accepts open, torn or heavily damaged parcels. Staff inspect every delivery and refuse damaged ones with photo evidence — the courier keeps it, and nothing is stored.
Yes. Standard liability coverage up to $100 per parcel is included automatically at no extra cost. Optional high-value insurance is coming for parcels above that limit.
Yes. Share a secure, time-limited link from the app. The person you choose shows the live QR, your name and the parcel code at the counter to collect on your behalf.
